The Arc Classy, top notch food and a young crowd make The Arc a hugely popular student haunt. If you're over 22 though you may feel old. Art's Café Bar Mellow drinking spot in Call Lane near the Corn Exchange. Tends to be quiet and chilled out. Good date venue. The Box Upscale bar in Headingley. Interior resembles a Bond villain's lair, but drinks are reasonable, and food is good quality with the added bonus of square plates. Has a very heavy security contigent to rival Fort Knox, so behave yourself! Bar Room Bar Trendy surroundings, decent music and excellent food. Café Seine Continental style bar with resident DJs, beer garden and air conditioning. Good drink offers frequently available. Carpe Diem A unique and popular cellar bar next to Millennium Square.
