Hi, is it possible someone could lay out the best possible pub/bar/club plan for my birthday in September. I have never been to Leeds, but I want to plan it place by place. I would be very grateful if anyone could help me. Kind Regards, Anthony.
Anthony – 02/06/08

Where are the best places to go on a Hen night in Leeds?
Natalie Cardwell – Coventry, 02/06/08

Hello, my name is Laura, I will come with my sister to York or Leeds on the 30 June for one month, but I don't know who sleeping and I don't have much money. I go to try to work. I ask for help!! Anybody can recommend me?
Laura – Lyon, France, 02/06/08

Hi, I am wondering if anyone can help me? Me & some of my girlfriends are coming to Leeds on Sat, 14th June for my 23rd birthday! We have never been before and would like some advice on bars/clubs that would suit us! We are all from Liverpool and love funky house music, we go to Garlands & Society in Liverpool, if anyone knows them? Where would you recommend for us for a club we would like? As for bars, before the club we like the nicer bars than your average, we also like a bit of Indie. Is there any event nights on that you may think we would like? Also, does anyone know of any serviced apartments we can rent for the night or hotels? There is going to be about 8/9 of us in total, so we would need 3/4 to a room/apartment! Any help will be greatly appreciated!! Thanks very much!
Antonia Levens – Liverpool, 21/05/08

I will be visiting the Leeds area from the USA during the weekend of June 6th to June 9th, and staying at Gomersal Park Classic Hotel. What night club would you recommend near that area that allows casual dressing (Jeans) and has an over 25 mixed crowd? I am looking for a club with an adult crowd, safe record and allows jeans.
Albert Brathwaite – Iraq, 13/05/08

Hi, me and loads of others are coming to Leeds on 10th May and are planning on going to the Atrium. What kind of people go in there, and do they have strobe lights? ;) x x
Anon – Middlesbrough, 06/05/08

Hiya guys, I’ve got a gay friend coming to Leeds and I want to take her to a few gay clubs (any suggestions welcome). Do you think it’s wrong in Leeds for a straight individual to go into a gay bar there??
Chezzy – Leeds, 23/04/08

Hi, me and my friend are coming to Leeds for a night out on 31st May and we have no idea where to go. Luckily we are staying over so can get out earlyish. We are in our early thirties and would like places which attract similar aged people but aren't cheesy or too clubby. I love dance and funky house, my friend prefers cheese, but she gets less say, lol! Suggestions please!!
Abi - West Lancs, 22/04/08

Hi there, I wonder if anyone can help please? I am throwing my best friend a Hen bash on 3rd May, and we're visiting Leeds from Sheffield for the evening. We're going to the Baja Beach Club. Is there anywhere nearby there that you would recommend we visit while in Leeds, that would be a great night out for a Hen Do? We're having a beach theme! Thanks.
Suzanne - Sheffield, 21/04/08

Hi, we’re going out for my mate’s 18th. Any suggestions on where to go? Where’s the best place to go??
Viki – Birstall, 14/04/08

To all those looking for the best in Hip hop, RnB & Bassment, and the best in Bassline and 4x4 House, try the Atrium nightclub on 6-9 Grand Arcade, Leeds every Saturday. It has a great door team, great music and a fair entry price (£6/£4 NUS). Plus it’s often open until 4am, and sometimes 5am. It has all your clubbing needs under one roof!!
Martin R. Soul – Leeds, 19/03/08

Hi there people, I’m Julie. Does anyone know of any 25+ singles nights within Leeds?? Thank you. x
Julie Parsons – Leeds, 16/03/08

Where’s decent on a Tuesday night in Leeds? And by that I mean busy!
Martin – Leeds, 14/03/08

Does anyone know if any of the clubs employ podium dancers??
Natasha – Australia, 13/03/08

Just wondering about the strictness on attire in the clubs, for example shoes and strictly no trainers, or are they not too fussy? Obviously some of the clubs are strict on certain clothing labels.
Pete – Goole, 27/02/08

Becka, the best place is the Hifi club, it has the best dance vibe ever! Although if you’re wanting something more commercial then try Oceana.
Perry – Leeds, 20/02/08

If you want cheese go to Baja, if you want commercial dance try Gatecrasher, and if you want electo/funk go to Mission.
Martin – Leeds, 18/02/08

Prepare yourselves, ten single Hull girls are coming to rock your world! Where shall we meet? We need a starting point for our pub crawl.
Lottie – Hull, 15/02/08

Wildthing – Sheffield, 12/02/08

Hi there, I am going out with a male friend on a Monday night, and would like a fun crazy night. Can anyone suggest somewhere to go? I don’t like cheese!!
Lindsey – Leeds, 08/02/08

Can someone please tell me where the best place is for open mic comedy nights in Leeds? Not music, because there are loads and loads. I know the places that actually do comedy obviously, but these are places where only comedians who have been hired perform. I can’t find anywhere that does open mic, where anyone can perform their own comedy, please help me!
Ryan Woods – Leeds, 05/02/08

It’s my birthday in a couple of weeks and we are coming to Leeds for a night out, there's me and 15 friends. Can anyone recommend any bars or clubs in Leeds that are a good laugh and where you can have a good dance?
Becka – Sheffield, 30/01/08

Hi, I am part of a few lads from near Chester coming to Leeds this Saturday for a night out for my mates’ 20th, and I noticed that there’s a few groups of girls also in the same boat! We’re staying in the Travelodge and wondering where are the best places to go?
Jonezy – Chester, 29/01/08

Hi, we’re 20 girls coming to Leeds from St. Helens on the 2nd February. Where are the best party bars to visit? We are staying on Boar Lane, so anywhere around that area if possible.
Lindsay – St Helens, 09/01/08

Hi, there’s eleven 18-19 yr old girls going to Leeds this weekend for the night, we’re wondering where the best clubs to go to are? Heard there’s a Gatecrasher, is this any good? Also, what is Halo like? Thanks.
Lisa – Nottingham, 09/01/08

We're going to Leeds on Thursday night - looking for a decent bar or club to go to - any suggestions anyone?
Kathryn Payne – Cleckheaton, 12/12/07

Myself and three friends are heading over to Leeds on December 14th for the weekend. Can anybody recommend a place for four 30+ straight lads to go to for a good couple of nights out? Preferably just normal commercial clubs please.
Ian - Dublin, Ireland, 06/12/07

Does anyone know of any niche/speed garage nights in Leeds this coming weekend?
Jodie – Sheffield, 05/12/07

Hiya people, Kelly again! I can see that a lot of people are a bit stuck for places to go in Leeds. If you’re really stuck then e-mail me at: littlekellyb@hotmail.com if you get desperate and hopefully I’ll do my best to answer questions regarding nightlife. x
Kelly – Leeds, 28/11/07

My girlfriend and I are in Leeds next Friday night and are looking for somewhere upmarket and trendy to go for a drink, and then clubbing afterwards. Can anyone recommend somewhere not full of kids?
Bense – 28/11/07

I am hoping to go to Leeds tonight with a few friends, what’s the best clubs to go to on a Saturday night and is it expensive?
Robert Kelly – Doncaster, 21/11/07

There's 12 ladies going over to Leeds on Saturday the 1st December, celebrating my 21st Birthday! Can anybody suggest which bars and clubs are best to go to, as this will be my first time out in Leeds? Thanks. Kat :0)
Kat – Nottingham, 21/11/07

Hello! I’m a 19 year old girl looking to go to Leeds this Saturday (24.11.07) for the night with 3 friends. Where are the best places to go, playing Dance and RnB? Any clubs that play Garage or Bassline?
Steph – Manchester, 19/11/07

Hi, we’re 16 girls coming from Liverpool on 1st December for my 21st. Where’s the best place to end up that’s open until the early hours? Any events on?
Tam – Liverpool, 17/11/07

I am a first year student living in Opal Court. They have just opened a great new Deli at the back of Opal 1, called Deli 59. It’s trendy, cheap and a great place to chill out with new friends. The coffee is delicious and there’s lots to choose from. I definitely advise all Opal students to try it out.
Rachel Mattey – Leeds, 16/11/07

We’re 12 ladies coming to Leeds on the 10th November. Where are the best music bars (preferably not R&B)?
Margaret – Derby, 25/10/07

Where would be the best place in Leeds city centre to watch the rugby final tonight?
M – Leeds, 20/10/07

Massive Hen Do on the 15th March 08, with 35 women!! We’re looking for a nice pub/club with Pop Dance music and maybe a bit of 70’s to 90’s. Don’t tell me Flares!
Seana – Manchester, 19/10/07

Hiya everyone, a lot of you will know that the Bassline scene is very big up here, so if you’re looking for somewhere to go check out Rehab, Twilite, Hanky Panky or the Atrium. If you’re on a Stag Do, the best place is probably the Birdcage where you’ll basically have a good laugh. x
Kelly – Leeds, 13/10/07

Hi, I went to Leeds in June for a Hen Weekend and found the best place to end up in was Oceana night club. It has about 4 or 5 floors I think, and is class! I’m coming back down on the 20th October with my fella and will definitely be going again.
Lyndsey – South Shields, 01/10/07

In Leeds check out the HiFi club on a non-weekend night (it’s too rammed on Fri and Sat, but awesome on a Sunday!) Basics, is a classic of course, and also try out the many bars before the club, and ask a load of people where it’s going to be good later because there’s loads of choice. Avoid the brand name clubs and shiny charver spots at all costs, they are for the more clueless of the student population only. Also, check out the West Indian centre for a proper messy rave (Riff Raff).
Anon – Leeds, 29/09/07

We’re 16 lads, all about 24, from the Midlands coming to Leeds on Friday 5th October - Sunday 7th! Any recommendations on where to end up last on Friday night, and also any good places to drink in the day Saturday, as well as bars on the Saturday night?! What’s Leeds’ best Saturday night nightclub? Wherever all the nice ladies go will be good enough for us!! :) Cheers.
Anon – Midlands, 20/09/07

Hey, there’s 4 of us, all lads, going to Leeds for my 20th birthday and I wanna know what places to go to?
Simon – Mansfield, 20/09/07

We're 6 Geordie lasses coming to Leeds 13th Oct 2007 for two nights of non-stop partying, all aged 19-21. Where are the best pubs and nightclubs to go to for cheap drinks & mint music (Dance, Old School, R&B)??
Hayley & Kim - Newcastle upon Tyne, 03/09/07

We are 2 girls who are coming to Leeds on 8th September, and we want to know where to start as we haven't been around Leeds before. We are both 24.

Lindsay - Huddersfield, 18/08/07

To all the young folk in Leeds, we are two girls coming to Leeds on Saturday 18th August and need help on where's good to go. No chavvy bars please, just nice bars and a few good clubs to give us an idea of where to go. We are staying near the Whitehall Quay.
Anon - 26/07/07

Hiya, I’m going to Leeds for my 21st with all my girlfriends, does anyone have any ideas on where to stay and where to go at night?? xx
Karen - Southport, 16/07/07

Hi all, I’m going to Leeds for a birthday night out with my girlfriend and another couple at the end of the month. Has anyone got any ideas on what pubs to go to?
Neil Morris - Liverpool, 15/07/07

Need some urgent advice - 14 of us, from age 24 upwards, are coming down to Leeds for a Hen night this Saturday (14th July). We’re staying in the Leeds city centre Holiday Inn and need to know where's good to go during the day - pub wise, and what bars/clubs to go to on the night. We’re a mix of people with all different music tastes! HELP!! X
Alex - Sunderland, 10/07/07

Where’s good to go for alternative/indie music on a Thursday night in Leeds?
Claire - Hull, 04/07/07

HELP!! Coming to Leeds on a Hen night - bit of a disaster as so many dropped out, so there's now only the 4 of us (including the Hen bless her). But we're still dressing up and are still planning on making the most of it! So, where's the best place for us to go?? We've all just turned 30 btw, so need good music and not too expensive as the train, B&B and costumes are setting us back a lot already, lol!
Tea - Cumbria, 03/07/07

We are a group of 30-somethings wishing to come to Leeds for a Hen night at the end of June. Need some RnB/Reggae clubs/bars, any suggestions??
Kyla - Birmingham, 10/06/07

If you want some dancing then you can't really go wrong at HiFi. Mind you, it's not cheap so if you're anything like me you'll be doing more dancing than drinking!
Nell Frizzell - Leeds, 01/06/07

Hiya, some of my friends and I are thinking of taking a friend to Leeds for the weekend, for her 18th birthday. Would she be ok, or do you have to be 21 in a lot of the clubs??
Emma - Manchester, 30/05/07

I'd actually add Oporto, Normans, Jakes Bar, Franks and Fudge to that repertoire! I dig Oporto at the moment, no attitude, just free minded people.
David - Leeds, 25/05/07

Depending on what day it is, and what music you're after, I'd say that this is the best line up: Mon - Sports Bar, Bondi, Crasher, Tues - Tiger Tiger, Space, Wed - Varsity, Oceana, Mission, Thurs - Nu Bar, Bar Risa, Fri - Halo, Crasher, Sat - Evolution (although I hear it's closing down soon for a refit). Job Done!
Scott - Leeds, 24/05/07

Hi, I just wanted to ask if anybody knows Alistair Brownlee, a triathlete from Leeds? If someone knows him mail me at: janja.bencina@gmail.com. Thanks!

I’m coming to Leeds on Saturday 19th May with my girlfriend for her birthday, and was wondering what places would be suitable for us. Nothing too boring, but nothing too mad, just nice bars. Any help please? lol.
Thomas - 17/05/07

Hey, I’m going into Leeds for my 18th and just wondered if there are any clubs that are for over 21’s and will they let people in who are 18 with I.D? Also, where are the best places to stop out late, because we are getting the train back in the morning, so we’ll need a club that’s open ‘till late? Hehe, Thanks.
Adam - Wakefield, 12/05/07

A great Saturday night out in Leeds for girls - Nu Bar, Sports Bar, Top Revolution, Walkabout, then a club like Gatecrasher or Oceana. If you're still up for it at 3am get to Mission!
Sarah - Leeds, 09/05/07

Mike Bingham - Leeds, 27/04/07

Went to Leeds on 14/04/07 and had a fantastic time. We couldn't get to all the places we wanted to go, so stayed in Halo all night and it was wicked! Can't wait to go back and check out the other places.
Kimberley Loftus - Manchester, 17/04/07

The best bars and venues are all around Millennium Square, the Light shopping centre, and along the Headrow. Also, there's a few select good places down Park Row, Greek Street, around City Square and behind the Corn Exchange. Knowing where to go is the key to a good night out in Leeds.
Adam - Headingley, 15/04/07

Just wanted to say me and my two other girlfriends came to Leeds for the 6th and 7th April 2007 and we had such a fab time... We didn't manage to get round to every place that we had in mind but my god we had a giggle, cannot wait to come see the place again and go to the many, many bars we didn't actually get round to seeing!!! And to face the worst traffic system ever experienced - how many times did we go round "The Loop" LOL! Thanks to everyone!
Sarah Williams - Windsor, 09/04/07

Hello there, I don't live in the area (I'm from Essex) but I'm trying to find out ideas for a memorable night out in Leeds for my sister's 30th birthday (she lives in Harrogate). She would like to go clubbing and would like somewhere that is busy but not impossible to get served at the bar. Any ideas would be appreciated. She's looking to go out on Saturday 7th April 2007. Many Thanks.
Nathanael - Essex, 07/03/07

Hi all! We are two Swiss lads (late 30's) coming to Leeds for the weekend of April 13th to 15th. So we are highly interested in any suggestions in terms of where to go to have fun. Such as places like pubs or venues with live music, where the crowd is above 30 years of age and where we can find a friendly atmosphere to party the nights away. Cheers, Stephan.
Stephan - Berne, Switzerland, 06/03/07

I am going to Leeds on a Tuesday night and was wondering where the best places to go on a Tuesday are?

Me and my friends are out to celebrate my 21st tomorrow, I know it is short notice but was just wondering where is the best nightclub to go on a Friday night for cheap drinks with RnB and Dance music? Please reply asap. Thanks
Caroline - Leeds, 08/02/07

Hi, Myself and friends want a weekend in Leeds. We are looking at the Travelodge Leeds Central Hotel, Blayds Court, Blayds Yard, Off Swinegate Leeds, LS1 4AD. I was wondering if this is far from the night life scene? We are planning on coming the last weekend in March, so any comments would be greatly appreciated as we don't want to book accommodation until we are sure that it is near to the night life. Also, we would be grateful if anyone could advise of any good hotels/accommodation for us close to the main areas? Look forward to hearing from you. x
Miss L Hayward - 05/02/07

Definitely get yourself down to Queens Court and Fibre, just off Call Lane, the gay/bi-sexual scene down there is pretty big and the bars are cool too!
Karla - Nottingham, 01/02/07

Hi, I have booked The Wardrobe on Tuesday 27th February to hold a fundraising event for Cancer Research UK. There are 8 live bands, door is at 8pm and the downstairs bar will be open until midnight. Tickets are £8. This event is very important to me as I have lost relatives to Cancer myself. Two years ago I lost my cousin of 25 years old, who was given the opportunity to try a new treatment called B15. My cousin had a very rare form of Cancer that only strikes 1 in a 1,000,000. I really want to make this event (One in A Million) memorable and get as much help promotionally as possible. I have enlisted the creative talents of some of Leeds' up and coming bands; The Ztars, Head First, Mainline, This Black Velvetine, King Tonka to name a few. Hopefully the beer will flow as well as the music to make a really heady mix and put the fun back into fundraising. Everyone please help if you can. Kind Regards.
Kathryn Tonks - Leeds, 30/01/07

Hi, we're a group of ladies 30 years plus, coming to Leeds in a few weeks for my best friend's birthday. She is bi-sexual and we're looking for bars and clubs that she will enjoy, Many Thanks.

On Tuesday my work place is having their Christmas night out and we are going out into Leeds, but we don't have any idea where the best places to go are. As we work at a Weatherspoons at Xscape (Winter Steam aka. Llodys bar) the first point of call will be Becketts Bank. Could anyone help us by providing a selection of the best places (bars and nightclubs) to go on a Tuesday night?
Trev and the Winter Steam Group - Castleford, 13/01/07

Hey, four guys going to Leeds NYE and maybe NY day. We love stylish soulful funky house and sexy RnB/Soul, can you help me???
Sean - Wolverhampton, 28/12/06

Leeds is THE place to go on a night out:
For Clubbing : Gatecrasher, Halo, Oceana, Creation, Atrium, The Space, Mission.
Chilled Bars : Townhouse, Mojo, Yates's, Oxygen, Tiger Tiger, Bar Risa, Bondai Beach, Baja.
Gay : Wednesday night at Mission is gay night. The Birdcage also holds masquerade shows and dancing pretty much all the time. Next door to Mission there is a gay sauna and jacuzzi open 24/7.
For New Years? At Gatecrasher Hed-Kandi are playing, it's open 9pm-6am and you need tickets so give them a call. It's a good place with different types of music and chill areas.

Jonothan - Leeds, 21/12/06

Four Irish guys in Leeds, New Year's weekend - Where do we go girls???
Dave Clarke - Ireland, 18/12/06

Heading into Leeds for New Year's and not really too sure where to go. Loving Dance, RnB and Soft Hiphop, the four of us are early 20's, so any suggestions?
Emma - Stockport, 09/12/06

Hi Sophia, from Leeds City Station head across City Square, and along Park Row to Greek Street, and then also up to the Headrow and Millenium Square, there you'll find plenty of bars, pubs and clubs. Why not also check out Creation, Oceana, Nu, TigerTiger and Bondai Beach Bar!
Graham - Leeds, 07/12/06

My boyfriend and I are going to Leeds this weekend and want to know the area to go where we'll find loads of bars and pubs, the equilavent to Leicester square in London. Last year we visited and couldn't find anything, there didn't appear to be anything around the shopping area. Can anyone give me the name of an area to go which guarantees a good selection of bars and pubs? We are 21 and 27 so young student nightlife would be good!
Sophia Barnes - Bedfordshire, 05/12/06

Where does everyone who used to go to Jumpin' Jakks on a Friday and Saturday night now go?

8 Scotsmen coming down to Leeds on the 9th for a night out, any suggestions on where to go to get the ladies and have a laugh?
Big D - Falkirk, 01/12/06

Hi, 2 Geordie ladies coming to Leeds this Sat - Can anyone recommend any decent bars? Cheesey music/80s/90s/Pop! And is Oceana or Creation the best place to go clubbing?
Michelle - Newcastle, 27/11/06

Fab Cafe rocks my World! It even sells Space Invaders!
Helen - Blackburn, 07/11/06

Hi, if you want cheese the best places for you to go are, Bondi Beach Club, Baja Beach Club, The Birdcage or Flares. As for Leeds GateCrasher.. i'm not a fan.. it's overhyped and overpriced, if you want a full Gatecrasher experience head to GatecrasherOne in Sheffield. And with Bar Risa, be careful of the bouncers.. they have a reputation and have been caught in the crossfire myself. For the most classy nights out.. head to BabyCream, Townhouse, Revolution, Oceana, Gatecrasher (hate to admit that one though!!). Make sure you dress smart to Gatecrasher, Oceana and Townhouse. Very strict with trainers, and if Townhouse sees so much as a hint of sportswear.. you wont be getting in. Hope this helps!
Manup Sangra - Born & Bred In Leeds.. Sheffield Student, 31/10/06

Hi, we're coming up from Southampton for a night out in Leeds this weekend (29th/30th September) and we're looking for cheese!! Does anyone know of any cheesy nights, i.e. 70's/80's? Thanks.
Lynne - Southampton, 27/09/06

The Birdcage is a very good night out, everyone is friendly and up for a laugh, with live drag cabaret shows on a Friday and Faturday night, Wednesdays 80p in 80p a drink, Thursdays 90p in 90p a drink, its all good. For Bass line music head to the likes of Bar Above on Boar Lane, small but the music is good, Atrium is full of gangster wannabes but again good music. Twilite club near the bus station on a Friday and Saturday, open til 6am, is very good, with funky house mixed with old school classics and free for ladies b4 12 or £5 after, if you're a stay up late kinda person get down there about 2am (after birdcage) it's very good. If you like cheesy music try Baja Beach Club, that's good. For a mix of the lot try Creation , with RnB, Dance and Cheesey tunes you will be in your element. I've not tried Gatecrasher so I can'tcomment but I have heard it;s a good night.
Anon, 26/09/06

We went to Bar Risa yesterday but not much of good crowd... I heard Gatecrasher is cool.... any comments??? Cheers.
Rohit - Leeds, 21/09/06

But the UFC Tito Ortiz And Ken Shamrock fight is on the same night pay per view at 1am on July 8th. Where can we watch it in Leeds, as the hotel can't get it? Please if anyone can help.

I appreciate that its short notice, but myself and a male mate are spending the night in Leeds this Thursday. Can anyone respond quick enough to tell me which Bars and Clubs are likely to be the most lively and fun? We are not on the pull, just want a great night out.
Wendi - Leeds, 19/06/06

Hi, coming to Leeds on 13/05/2006 for a Hen night with 20 girls. We're staying in the Marriot, so can anyone tell us where is good to drink and watch the FA cup final?
Faye - Flintshire, 03/05/06

Where is good to go in Leeds on a Thursday night that plays R&B? Any suggestions are welcome, as I can't face another night in Rehab!!
Hana - Dewsbury, 23/03/06

I'm staying at the Marriott Hotel in Leeds and wondered what were the best bars in that area. Mainly into Indie music and don't wanna spend a fortune!!.
Becky - Burnley, 20/02/06

Leeds is the best city outside of London by far. I've been to Manchester and I think its a complete dump, but we need to have a gay village like there though.
Asdfe - Leeds, 30/01/06

Hi Leeds, just want to say were coming down on the 18/2/06. There will be 15 of us lads so if you ladies see us come and say hello and have a drink with us, we dont bite!
Jake Barker Woodcock - Scunthorpe, 20/01/06

I've been going to most bars and clubs for 2/3 years now and find them all really good and they have a nice atmosphere. x
Alexis C - Skipton/Settle, 09/12/05

I'm looking for a proper good disco night in Leeds in December, any ideas?
Anna - York, 14/11/05

Leeds is supposed to have the best clubbing outside of London, so why not the best gay scene outside of London? There needs to be more in Leeds for gay people.
Carl - Wakefield, 15/10/05

I would like to see more variety in the Leeds gay scene. More clubs and bars. A gay village like the one in Manchester would be fantastic for Leeds. I'm surprised it doesn't have one already with Leeds being the fastest growing, and third biggest city in the UK. They are thinking about having one in Liverpool, so why not Leeds?. It would bring so much money and tourisn into the city. It would really push leeds city up a notch. Leeds has so much potential, plus im fed up of travelling to Manchester all the time.
Carl - Wakefield, 15/10/05

HI, MYSELF AND 9 FRIENDS ARE HEADING OVER TO LEEDS FROM NORTHERN IRELAND ON THE 12TH NOVEMBER FOR THE WEEKEND AND WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHERE THE BEST SPOTS TO GO AT NIGHT ARE?.
Maria - N.Ireland, 14/10/05

Excellent site, just doing some research for my first drinking trip to Leeds, it is really helpful, thanks!!
Chris - Derbyshire, 11/10/05

Hey I am moving to Leeds soon and just wanna know where is the best place to go on the gay scene?
Paris - Blackpool, 28/09/05

COMING TO LEEDS ON A HEN NIGHT SOON AND WAS JUST WONDERING WHAT THE PLACE IS LIKE! DO MOST DRINKING PLACES ALLOW HEN PARTIES IN WEARING HEN ATTIRE?
STACI, 18/09/05

Hi folks, can anybody recommend any suitable venues in Leeds where 10 to 20 people can meet in their own area, with access to a bar and ideally with an option to buy food.
Bernard - Leeds, 26/08/05

Hi! Im from Spain, I will arrive in Leeds on 16th of August, see you!!! Besos from Spain.
Edu - Spain, 11/08/05

Me and some friends are coming to Leeds for a night out in a few weeks but we've never been before and are wanting some advice on the best places to go with a great atmosphere and relativly resonable priced drinks and good dance music.
Claire Rudd - Kendal, Cumbria, 09/08/05

I would have to say the creation end of town is changing, with revolution opening as well as cocoon which is a quality night if you don't want in your face cheese, relax with a beer on the terrace or inside listening to jazz. Bourbon's also a good place to relax.
Ryan Kelly - Leeds, 27/07/05

Leeds could do with a few more gay bars and clubs. We are stuck between queens, mission n fibre, (us young 1's I mean) more choice would be appreciated instead of the same old people in the same old place!
Sarah - Leeds, 05/07/05

Hello, is Leeds a good place to live?? We are a couple of students from Wigan and are looking to go to Leeds University! What is it like? Please reply!!!
Tanya - Wigan, 17/06/05

Absolulty love Monday and thursday nights at Queenscourt. 8pm arrives and its £1 a drink, Thursday nights are better as meet up with the gang have few drinks with mates and head off onto Mission £3 entry fee worth it though drinks have gone up to £1.50/drink but again still cheap, music's great. Some people slag Mission off calling it pill house palace, I've been going short of 2 years and fair enough you get a few people that take drugs but that happens where ever you go, the talent in misssion varies sometimes you get loads of hot totty or other times its full of mingers but thats down to personal taste. All in all Leeds is a great night out with chance to meet new people and make new friends and get pissed.
Anon, 08/06/05

Please help me!! Me and two of my friends are planning on going to Leeds on 25th June for a nightout! We're three daft girls from Manchester looking for a crazy nightout. Laura White - Manchester, 26/05/05

10 of us are coming to Leeds in May for my brother's birthday, looking forward to it! Just wondering where the best bars are, are they all in one area? We're into all types of bars. Thanks a lot.
Neil - Liverpool, 27/04/05

Hiya, why isnt mission's HOMO night advertised on this site as I think this is the best gay night in Leeds as it houses 5 different rooms all playing different kinds of music so that gay people dont have to cope with the usual pop and commercial dance that alot of people associate gay people with, and at £1.50 a drink its ace!!!.
Dave - Leeds, 24/04/05

Hi me and my girlfriends are thinking of coming to Leeds to go out on my birthday any advice on where to go and where to stay?? Thanxs.
Laura - Grimsby, 09/04/05

Becksstar - Manchester, 16/03/05

Leeds night life is wkd.
Emza - Leeds, 17/02/05

I am planning to do full-time MBA at Leeds University Business School this year. Who else is going?
Igor - Russia, 15/02/05

Just thought that the site might want to take a look at Mook bar on Call Lane in the city centre. I went to the bar for a private birthday party and a good time was had by all. It's pretty small and cosy, the staff were friendly and the cocktails went down a treat! The only thing I would say is that it's pretty hard to find (just next door to Space nightclub) but this does mean that you normally get a seat & hear yourself think.

Cheesy 70's and 80's clubs in Leeds ? ? ? ? Every second club as far as I can see, There is Baja Beach Club, Bondai Beach, Heaven & Hell (Stick to Heaven) and of course Flares.
Disco King - Groooooooovy Leeds, 21/01/05

Do you know of any Cheesy 70's and 80's clubs in Leeds for a hen do? Thanks.
Xena - Leeds, 20/01/05

For your info, there's a new sports bar & night club opening at the end of November called Loiners. I think it's being fitted out now. Super-Duper bar / club with top-notch sound system, or so I hear. 'Might be worth a look at the end of the month. It's on Westfield Road, opposite Yorkshire TV.
P.S Leeds City Guide is a great site!

Bob Peters, 02/11/02

Yeah Leeds is a top night out, but Creation?! That end of town is very commercial, but I suppose it all depends on what you're after. In my view the bottom end of Leeds is the best, lots of swanky bars, cool people and good music make an excellent mix!
Jon - Leeds, 18/10/02

Hi, I am looking for info on comedy clubs in Leeds and wondered if anybody knew of any? Cheers.
