The Bird Restaurant, Leeds
The 1st floor award winning restaurant, The Bird, is proudly associated with Vineet Bhatia, who is the first Indian chef to gain a Michelin star in Britain. The inventive menu features a modern interpretation of traditional Indian cuisine with a focus on presentation, refined flavour combinations and value. Visionary delights hit you from every angle, with dramatic structures creating a feeling of pure grandeur. In the stylish and relaxed ground floor restaurant, Fig, highly experienced chefs work with the finest produce to create mouth-watering authentic Mediterranean cuisine coupled with exceptional service. There is also a sense of sheer theatre about the first floor bar, overlooking the main gaming area, as a 20ft wide waterfall with a live flame beneath truly sets the bar alight!
